The beauty of the situation for Fury is that he can say:

"It was too early to fight Wilder, but I'm back now and ready to beat Joshua"

So taking what looks like an inevitable less against Wilder will not jeopardise future earning potential.

It also builds the Wilder AJ fight, so everyone's a winner really.

Honestly bro I don’t see much difference other than perhaps he was more elusive or slightly quicker. What is he lacking now other than more time in the ring. The Fury of old still wouldn’t have knocked out Pianeta. I rate Fury’s boxing skills but he is like a heavyweight version of Paulie Malignaggi. At heavyweight you have to have that equaliser in power or at least if your power is moderate then the ability to take a shot. I don’t think Fury is that durable if he is regularly tagged.

As for Deontay he can’t box for S#hit but when he hits you you know about it and even Tyson best moment in the ring was 36 minutes. You are always guaranteed 36 minutes when facing Tyson and I feel that is more than enough time to tag him and turn his lights out

What did the 2015 Fury have that would prevent Wilder from windmilling himself to a victory. This isnt Olympic scoring where six pitty pat punches wins a round over two thudding shots. Also, how is Fury going to avoid Wilders power for 12 rounds. When the slower Klitschko let his hands go, he was effective vs Fury.

You make your statements with a lot of confidence but I don't agree. Styles make fights and Wilder and Klitchko are stylistically very different. Wilder is fast on his feet and Klitchko was not, Wilder has great hand speed accompanied by devastating one punch KO power and Klitchko didn't. Sure Klitchko had good power but not on the level of Wilder. By the time Klitchko fought Fury his reflexes were starting to go (father time) and were even further gone when he fought Joshua. Wilder is fast enough and quick enough to land on Fury to the extent that the eventual KO will come.
