Comments Thread For: Lipinets: I'd Fight Broner or Berto Next - I'd Try To KO Broner!

Former junior welterweight world champion Sergey Lipinets (14-1, 10 KOs) is looking for bigger things in the welterweight division. Lipinets made his welterweight debut earlier this month, in a tougher than expected majority decision win over Erick Bone in Uniondale, New York. It was Lipinets' first victory since suffering a decision loss earlier this year to Mikey Garcia.

I wouldn't mind Broner-Lips, guys are about the same level in all actuality. AB looked a bit better with his new trainer last time so maybe he can separate himself from this B level he hover around if he becomes more offensive minded.

I would favour Lipinets over Berto for sure, AB is more of a 50-50

You are not going to knock Broner out, not happening. You haven’t got to like Broner to acknowledge the obvious, Broner has a great chin.

Either would be a good fight for him. Esp Broner. Would help give either guy some legitimacy after both have lost face as of late.

He wouldnt KO Broner or Berto. I'd pick both to beat him at 147.

I love the attitude but he won't get either1. Theres no upside in beating him atm. Hes gonna have to work at 147 to get the fights.
