Fight is over a month out, what kind of promotion were you looking for? It will be a sellout come fight day and Joshua will draw huge ratings like always. It is natural for folks to be a bit disappointed that the Wilder fight fell through, but wait fight week and see how much support he gets.

Wilder/Fury could easily do 50 million. A minimum of 300k PPV views at $70 is 21 million. Add in another 17-20 million from live gate revenue in Vegas. Add another 10 million from International money and sponsorship.
Yes. I'd be surprised if Fury-Wilder did more than 200k or sold out in Vegas. It probably will do a third on the PPV in UK that Joshua-Povetkin will. Not sure how big the international money and sponsors will be.

I think Wilder-Fury will be a bit of a bust judging by your expectations and I'd imagine Joshua-Povetkin does something in line with his last two fights.

Undoubtedly more. AJ is the second biggest draw in boxing, and both Wilder and Fury are unknowns in the States.

It's a week after Canelo/GGG, and there's a ton more press around that.

That's fine. As there should be more press around that mega showdown. But do you doubt Joshua/Povetkin will be a sellout and he will do around a million PPV buys?

It’s not a good sign that AJ’s previous stadium fights sold out in a few hours and this one hasn’t yet.

It will sell zero PPVs in the USA, of course, and the bigger indicator will be if it moves the needle at all on DaysInn as the cost will be ZERO for the free month trial. If that doesn’t entice tens of thousands of US customers to take advantage, it tells me AJ has zero cache in America.

Hearn should be turning the promotion up to max right now to generate interest in the American market. If AJ is going to be a global attraction, signing up people to see his ‘big fight’ for free in the U.S. is a major objective.

You seem to be against DAZN, for some reason?

It's a really great streaming service, and you should give it a chance.
