Exactly!!! I saw the video of Wilder yelling bombsquad and I swear I was pumped, I was like finally!!! He has arrived, seriously HW boxing needs this sort of hype, no offence to Joshua but I prefer hype when it comes to boxing. I know everyone is different and that’s his thing, but even though this looked stage it has reach BBC!!! Which is exactly what Wilder needs IMHO.

Front page on BBC Sport is a thing now? BBC Sport just shows the latest news... things don't stick around there.

People getting so hyperbolic about this it's ridiculous. There's no question that additional promotion is a good thing, but this is just some fake WWE style rant. It's nothing. Frampton's weigh in is there too, is that a big thing as well?

It's certainly not some huge event that everybody in the UK is covering it. It's an event that hit sports pages because they are there to report on sport.

AJ and Povetkin has been signed for weeks and has a date and nobody really cares here in the US. Their fight is a month away and there's nothing. Fury/Wilder hasn't been confirmed and that fight has more interest than the AJ fight next month over here. Whyte/Parker was good for the UK but nobody really cared in the States as no network picked it up. Fury's fight is getting more attention then that fight over here and people going to tune in just for the post fight face off.

You could pretty much say the same about AJ fights here in the US. Even Whyte/Parker didn't garner enough interest in the US to be picked up by a network. AJ/Povetkin fight is a month away and nobody in the really cares about it, people are more interested in a fight that hasn't been signed yet in Fury/Wilder.

Who cares about America? The heavyweight division is British and don't you forget it.

American fans care more about hearing about an American boxer than an English one. Shocker.

Not getting how this is relevant to the topic at all or why Joshua has to come into absolutely everything.
