AJ v Whyte 2 nailed on for April imo.
Only if approved by the sanctioning body

There are plenty of cases where the sanctioning bodies have declined a unification fight over a mandatory

          Dear AJ fans,

When we say AJ is ducking Wilder, we really mean, he is ducking Wilder.

You will soon learn, it's up to you whether you admit it or not.

          Sincerely,

          Boxing Fans

Hearn also said that Fury would probably get 20 million if he fought Joshua. Hearn also admitted that the Joshua/Wilder fight would be bigger than Joshua/Fury. So, do you still think a 15 million flat fee offer to Wilder is fair?
Are you still afraid of your wilder fighting AJ?

whatever you think of Whyte he has earned another shot at a title, unlike a few that are being banded around.

You remember this AJ. The longer Eddie protecting you, the more time that your fear and doubts can grow. Boxing a business, but a sport as well too. Those who challenge themselves grow stronger. Those who dont become soft. No matter how many of them bums you topple, you aint never gonna be ready for the velocity, the artillery, and the ingenuity of Deontay the Bronze Bomber Wilder, five-star general of the squared circle.

Oh that's a shame looks like deontay might have to wait a bit longer! Joshua has no choice now but to fight whyte next

The WBO require the title holder to fight the topped ranked fighter / mandatory every 180 days. So this announcement is no more that a restatement of their rules. I.e. after Povetkin, the winner must fight the topped ranked fighter / mandatory within 180 days. So what is the problem?

More immediate is the 9 month IBF limit to fight Pulev / H Fury. I.e. before 27 July 2019.
