He said he thinks Joshua wont fight him bc of the B.S 50 Million dollar offer .

In reality after Fury defeats Wilder twice , Joshua will then set up a FAR easier Fury fight for undisputed at Wembley bc Finkel and delusional Wilder will be out of the picture , and Joshua will also be fighting a more on point Fury !
