Tyson Fury (26-0, 19 KOs) hit Belfast this week as he prepares to woo the city's knowledgeable fight fans ahead of his fight against Italy-born, Germany-based two-time world title challenger Francesco Pianeta (35-4-1, 21 KOs) at the city's Windsor Park football stadium live on BT Sports on Saturday night. When talking to the assembled press ahead of the fight, Fury compared himself to a great from the lower weights, slated his opposition, and was generally very Fury-esque when talking about this fight and a mooted meeting with WBC holder Deontay Wilder.

Can’t wait for Wilder to step in the ring and go face to face with Fury, can’t wait for the press conferences, can’t wait for the media interviews, public workouts, and weigh in!!!!!

Can anybody say the same about that junk in September and the little Weasle who almost stole Christmas from the boxing fans!!!!!

I take my hat off to the big guy , he really is showing guts here. It's much better and honest than life at the family planning clinic with Hearn and A.J.

Whether Tyson still has it is yet to be seen but I much prefer his I'll fight him NOT swerve him attitude.

He has before, so he may very well do it again.

But can he get into Wilder's head? Can he get under his skin?
