Assuming that's the case, it does come off as sop****ric to not understand the power of attorney principle. However, technically, he is right. Hearn said that AJ signed the contract. AJ said "I signed". Which isn't entirely accurate. Hearn signed on his behalf.

Technically speaking, yes. But that kind of pedantry and pettiness isn't how you act when you want to get a deal over the line.

There have been so many fundamentally bad business practices from both sides in the course of this saga that I'm convinced that these disagreements are being manufactured in an effort to build the fight.

Meanwhile the AJ fangirls are happy to blame Wilder and stay loyal to AJ and the Wilder fangirls are blaming Hearn. I'm pretty sure this fight will get made when public demand makes it unavoidable and the profits are maximised. To be fair, when the fight does get made it will be all the sweeter for it, given that both guys will still be in their prime.

The flat fee was the deal breaker, or non starter to begin with, but after Wilder agreed to the terms in general just to get the fight made, he wanted the date and venue on the contract. Hearn's offer was supposed to be for the fight next, this year. Hearn then came up with the BS about WBA pressure so they had to fight Povetkin or lose the belt. More BS.

To try to lock Wilder into a flat fee offer for next year is laughable. That is why Wilder said FU I want 50-50. That is his way to break the deal and tell them to go to hell.

Nice spin. Maybe there are a bunch of casuals in the UK that would buy your BS. If AJ is dumb enough to grant Eddie Hearn power of attorney, he is probably too dumb to know how to write his own name.

Casual or not...the law is the law. Not BS...its FACT. Its the same in the UK as it is in the US. Look it up.

I think you may have misread my response to that post. Or...it may be that my grammer was off. I meant that AJ would probably earn about $19m, not Povetkin. That was based on the rumour that AJ earned £15m against Parker.

So in response to your question, I believe neither of those choices!

But as the AJ v Povetkin is actually happening, right now, technically it IS making 100% more than the AJ v Wilder.

The potential of the Wilder v AJ would make more than the Povetkin fight, no doubt.

Yeah I think even AJ fans don’t want to see AJ vs Whyte 2 .

Its funny because I rate Ortiz but he is too old to sustain any type of offensive once he goes past 4 rounds and I think his resistance isn’t up to scratch . He punched Deontay for 50 seconds without resistance. Not even a punch thrown back in his direction which shows me he lacks power as the rounds proceed. It may be due to the fact that he infacthit the canvas in the 5th. I think Whyte vs Ortiz is closer fight. Either fighter could win
