Would be a nice co-main for Alvarez-Kov II. Bivol should unify after that.

I'm big on Bivol and I think it's true that he would benefit from gaining more experiance before fighting a dangerous fighter in Alvarez, but I agree with you. I'll been thinking forever that once you get the belt you relinquish your right to gain experiance by choosing the easy fights. Plus he just came on the scene and he's already in his 30's so I want to see him fighting as many top opponents as possible before finishing his career, that's why I'm always sad when a huge prospect makes his pro debut in his late 20's.

I agree once you got a title you should be willing to fight who ever
The same way you got that chance , you should be willing to return it
But in this case , I do see Bivol being a little green
He seemed to have a hard time adapting to Chilemba style
He got hit more than often
I strongly think If Alvarez can do with Bivol ‘ s storm it might be a repeat of Kovalev
Chilemba couldn’t hurt him but the accumulation from Alvarez will ( I won’t state ko )

He's the same fighter. Nothing changed. Bute was long gone and has not been relevant in ages. Kovalev is no longer the same fighter he was clearly anyone can see that from his previous two fights. Stamina is completely gone.

I do give him credit. But he won't last 12 against bivol.

Who can he fight? theres literally no one unless he wants to go backwards and fight a couple of cans?

Maybe someone like Salamov or Marcus Browne?
