If there are no head bunts then DSG can get the W cuz he is the better boxer but I just don't know if he can handle shawn "football" porter. I could see this going either way so I won't pick this fight but I'll be rooting for DSG.

I like them both it’s a tough choice. But I think Danny can hurt porter more than the other way around. Somewhere during those sloppy exchanges Danny will land his left hook.Comment

That's probably why the news broke. To save face. Thurman isn't some ATG elite fighter. Go back and watch his fight with Diego Chaves. Thurman is nothing special. His best win is Porter, who is a solid top 10 guy but nothing more than average in the grand scheme of welterweight things, period. Porter has beaten Alexander, Paulie and Broner. At least 2 of those guys dont really even belong at welterweight.
Someone please tell me how that warrants an elite fighter or top 5 ranking.
I'll give Porter his props if he wins. When Garcia wins, it will be kinda meh.Comment

Danny is the better boxer, but Shawn will win the fight.
Danny is a small welter, Shawn should be able to bully him like he did Berto.
Shawn should’ve been kod by Thurman. The fact he wasn’t and almost won the fight speaks volumes. Porter will beat Danny by keeping it on the inside. Danny has good power and nice hooks, but he’s also mentally weak and not as physically imposing at welter.Comment
