A 1991 Chavez beats a prime Tito.

Chavez in 1991 wasnt fighting great fighers though.
He was fighitng B and C level competition at that point and looking great.
He steps up against Taylor, who in no way can be construed as a great fighter and looked poor and was very lucky to come away with the win.

To me, saying a "prime" Chavez beats Tito is like saying a "prime" Naz beats Barrera.
Just remember that just because someone looks like there a great fighter, doesnt mean they are a good fighter.
(JCC was still a great fighter tho.)
