    You don’t use training camp to shed pounds. This isn’t the American television show biggest loser. If you’re using training camp as a means to “Jenny Craig” your fat a@@ into shape then you’ve already lost. The body cannot continue handling the up and down of weight loss by that amount consistently and be “in shape” so to speak. The body just doesn’t work like that
