Yes it is running. When he stops running and throws punches he is not running. When he is running away and staying way out of punching range and not throwing punches he is certainly running. I don't know what else you could call it. It's not float like butterfly and sting like a be. It's running away and then stopping the running to sting like a bee. Running is still running even when it's the great Ali running. If he had not stop running from time to time to land sharp punches he would have been soundly booed

That is pretty funny and pretty fake. Not one single punch thrown be either of them failed to land perfectly flush. Not even one missed or blocked punch even though many of the punches were wide telegraphed punches. Those Rocky movies always were fake as hell. Lampley loves to say if you land 50% of your power punches you will win. What about landing 100% of your power punches and no jabs allowed?

I see a lot of posters on this site thinking this is what boxing is supposed to be like

All I know is that at @ 2:55, Ali does something that should be physically impossible.

He's not standing still swinging for the fences, and letting the other guy hit him, so yes, he's running /s

                Great thread

Alot of posters have considered this, running or ANY "boxing" style that isnt straight forward "Rocky" style, RUNNING. Now those that have cried "he's running" are confused when put directly on point and their BS is brought to the forefront. They ducking like AJ

Ali is playing with him. He’s also setting the pace to HIS favor.
You don’t fight to an opponents STRENGTHS. A lot of you “know it alls” need to get in the fkn ring. You’ll suddenly have clarity.
