Well, Ryan is a jr lightweight, so how is calling out smaller guys a big deal? Maybe if papa raised his sights I could give you an argument. Lopez is a light, Jr welter. Haney will surround him and any real talent at lightweight will be hard for him, forget jr welter.

Highly doubt that. Teofimo is a legit talent and is strong as hell. Garcia with his stiff straight up stance is more prone to getting hurt until he fixes that flaw.
