Fury won the lineal title almost 3 years ago and never defended it by his own choice. You have to defend it once in a blue moon to keep it. Fury is not a king or a champion now. He is just a challenger making a comeback. His choice of comeback opponents has been pathetic so far. Boxrec's 69th best cruiserweight and now boxrec's 119th best heavyweight. How fearless of him. If he fights Wilder he will be the challenger, not the champion.
