The Big IF: Ray Leonard vs. Ray Robinson

They both use the name "Sugar".
I know that it may rhyme with liquour.

IF these two would have met in their prime.
Whose career would be left nothing, but a dime.

    I say Sugar............................................. .....
    .................................................. ...........
    ...............................Ray Leonard.

      You're full of ****.
There is no footage of him at welter.

I'd go with Sugar Ray Leonard, but that's because I've never seen Ray Robinson's best performances and how he looked in them.

I put Sugar Ray Robinson infront of Ray Leonard on my p4p list, but not because he was the better fighter, he acheived alot more.

Now in terms of talent, it would be a toss up, who had the right gameplan, who was better on the night.

yeah, he was bad, fero. But, look at this though.I think Ray Leonard had the speed advantage, though. But, in Ray Robinson's time , the opponents were killers, but they fought every damn week. To bad it isn't like that now, where fighters fight 2 or 3 times a year. It seems like, fighters aren't in the sport for the sport it self, but for the money.

I've seen a clip of him at Welter.
I'll go with Sugar Ray Robinson as the winner.

You have no clue. Ray Leonard should never be called sugar ray. There is only one and thats sugar ray robinson. Ray Leonard was a very good fighter but there is no way, especially at 147, that he is in the same class as robinson.

ray robinson all the way. he's known as the best ever. & personally I think Ray Leonard is way overhyped and over-rated.
