Shyte and Hearns said they don't want to be secondary mandatory after Dominic Breazeale, so they would be contradicting themselves taking on Luis Ortiz for that spot ; also Shyte said in the post fight interview vs. Parker that he wanted a easier fight to learn and gain experience. One thing is for sure Hearns and Shyte are running out of options.
