Do you think when AJ is punching his opponent he is swinging and hoping it doesn't hurt too bad. Nope. He, just like any fighter is attempting to put his opponent to sleep with zero thought of the impact of the punch other than getting the win.

Now I don't agree with what he said...I think it's of poor form given that he could cripple Breazeale with a punch. It's hard to be apologetic after you say you're gonna do it.
