There are no parking bays on savile row it’s annoying . Even the road adjacent there are 2-3 bays just endless double yellow lines. You just want to park outside the shop , dart in and get whatever your getting then get the hell out of there. It’s bad enough paying congestion charge just to drive your car into a so called esteemed area and just sit and rot in traffic. I don’t blame him
