Why bother scouting them ? It'll be years if at all before he fights anyone like that, that's not trolling just a fact based on his current record of opponents. He's turned down a title shot avoiding the top level British lot, I'd like to support him but he needs some form of step up.

I reckon shot Kovalev would have still smashed Yarde up. He's a long way off the level of Saturday night. He's still fought absolutely no one. That was a title fight between 2 of the top 5. Alvarez waited a long time for his shot and beat the likes of Pascal and Bute. Yarde hasn't even beat a domestic rival.

Warren spiked kov during the fight with some banter juice it slowed his reactions enabled yarde to see kovs patterns and habits as he's used to fighting binmen who are easier to read during a fight.
