I don't think it would have ever been a good fight. Floyd would always fight him overly cautious and the prime Pacquaio maybe puts him too deep into his shell especially if he sees/feels something early and wins a boring, close decision. Maybe less people would talk about it today because Floyd's fan base would likely have gone away and not been so rabid due to an official loss. Pacquaio's fans stayed loyal and loonie.

I was into the fight due to it's significance but always figured it wouldn't mesh well in the ring. In 2011 I lost basically all interest when a smaller, older Marquez came up and took Pacquaio to school by 2015 I had a feeling it would be a negative for boxing in general because casual fans got too into this fight and expected a great fight when in reality it was never going to happen.

Floyd's best win was Corrales. How sad is that. The rest was Smoke and Mirrors. It looks good on paper but when actually taken apart he fought past prime fighters. Legacy of a cherry picker.

Naah.. I'm just exposing Floyd for owing you a fight. Pac doesn't owe you a rematch. Floyd does.

Floyd even knows he owes you for his lame boxing. You should cash in and ask for a refund bruh.

A MESSAGE FROM FLOYD TO YOU.

            Straight from the horses mouth:

Floyd Mayweather: " I owe them for the Pacquiao fight "

You're right, Corrales is it, that is sad. That win is no where near Barrera, Morales, Marquez, Bradley

There's no boxer at that time that will be favorite against a 2010 pac.

Pac had his own version of the 4 horsemen. Barrera, Morales, Marquez and Him.

The other 4 horsemen was, Thomas Hearns, Duran, Marvin Hagler, and Leonard.

The round robbin that gave us memorable fights. Is what legends of the game left us to love those memorable classic match ups.

Sadly, Floyd has non of that. Floyd can't even do rematches. Tells you how uncertain he is in his abilities. Warriors of the game don't have that ducking attitude in them. They come in and fight to any opponent that was in front of them that was a threat.

Floyd has none of that, coz he only picks fighter when they are past their prime. Sad really. Well, everyone is entitled to their path they choose. They are what they do. It's no ones fault he was a cherry picker.

What an incredible time during that time with Marco Eric Juan and Manny. Truly was something special.

Once again you are correct, it is sad that the route the woman beater *Floyd chose was to be a cherry picker hugger in the ring and a woman beater who can't read outside the ring. The woman beater *Floyd did have one accomplishment though, the woman beater *Floyd was able to fool and trick so many people into buying into him and believing his crap

Not even the so called "TBE" was considered a favorite.
