Wait a minute, let’s blame his new trainer for this disaster. He could not readjust to Alvarez, which left kitty Kovelez with no answers. His new trainer is trash.

Who’s the Krusher now? Anyway, I hope Kov is ok. No nervous breakdowns and hope he’s physically ok. Time to accept the truth then give it up.

I just watched the fight again. Alvarez threw that punch like 9 times before he caught Kovalev. He caught him with it good at the very end of the 4th but it didn't have an effect. The first KD punch caught him best. He also landed 2 vicious uppercuts after the first KD. He hadn't thrown any uppercuts the entire fight before that but it helped speed Kovalev's devise. The second KD was from a vicious left followed up by a right. He was catching Kovalev with the left jabs and a hibrid left jab the whole fight. Alvarez is a really good fighter but Kovalev was a perfect opponent for him because of his aggressiveness.

Both guys landed good bodyshots, but Alvarez’s jab really punished and slowed down kovolev in the 5,6, rounds. I think the jab was the most effective weapon last night, as Kovalev had his head snapped back on a few occasions and walked into some while attacking, kinda neutralizing his assault at times

And kovolev’s style of throwing hard shots does have a tiring effect, he throws a lot, golovkin throws hard shots, but is much more calm and cerebral abou it
