Every time I read Breads comments I come away like I'm in school again. And he ALWAYS leaves us with plenty of home work to do.

    Much appreciated!

Mikey Garcia is a special fighter. I might even root for him to beat Spence. However, I can't see him doing it.

I would have him as #3 behind Crawford and Lomachenko.

I see 300k - 400k as well for that fight, which would make it a huge financial success.

But I agree with the above post. Reading the mailbag has made me do more and more homework weekly.

Mikey is a real good technician but Spence puts the beat down on him from round 1 on until Mikey gets stopped or his corner throws in the towel in middle rounds. I'm a bit surprised by breadmans's assessment. We'll see as they say.

Idk bro. A win over Spence would be the biggest win for any of the three. That might catapult him to number 1.

If Mikey beats Spence he is #1 P4P.

I don't think he can do it, though. He's better off facing Manny Pacquiao...it would be a more competitive fight, with more PPV money, and bigger name recognition amongst casual fans.

People seem to overlook how good Spence's jab is. I've read many of these arguments for both fighters and the one thing people have failed to mention is how good Spence's jab is. Spence has dominated most of his fights with a crisp, hard, and thudding jab and he uses it to set up his shots and to control the opponent as he cuts off the ring. Its also the same jab that broke Brook's eye socket.

Considering the fact that his jab as so good and considering his height and reach advantage and IQ, I really don't see how Mikey is going to over come this hurdle.
