You have a good point but you havent mixed in all the ingredients these guys bring to the table. Julio has more power yes but Margarito has a chin that will hold up.You forget Margarito goes to the body hard and Julio was hurt to body last night a couple of times.Matter a fact I think that is what made the difference againts Quintana who doesnt hit as hard as Margarito.Margarito has way more expierience againts any type fighter you throw his way,Mayweather is an exception cause of all the talent he has.

I see the this fight folding out like this. Julio and Margarito trade shots maybe Julio getting the better of the head shots but Margarito's relentless to the body. ultimately tire and bring Julio's power way down.Margarito takes Julio's heart on route to an 8th round tko.This is case of young lion vs. still prime older lion.3 or 4 years from now Julio will easily defeat a worn Margarito by nasty ko.

You also make some good points, I think any fighter on any given night can be stopped with a perfect body punch, I guess we'll have to wait see. I will love to see Margarito/Julio fight, but I think it wont happen anytime soon.

im not gonna be a pretender and say ive ever seen him fight or anything so i cant bad mouth him
but yesterday i was reading loads of stuff on him about him going to beat hatton when hes the no1 challenger after he wins tonight
but after loosing i wanna know if people still hold him high in there regards

julio was strong early on then faded, and as he faded quintana applied more pressure and julio was clearly not as strong.

julio was not ready for this guy, julio made quintanna look good, quintanna got hit many times, but was hardly hit more then 2 punch at a time, but thats becuase julio only threw 1 or 2 punchs at a time.

julio v. hatton would just be a war, quintanna just had the right style and the right time to defeat julio, julio needs somone to come to him and he needs to learn to cut the ring and not drag his feet and learn to throw in combination even when he is on the walk.

Maragrito/Julio will be a brawl and Julio will KO Margarito badly. I've seen both guys powers against the normal bums they have fought, also Julio is a much better boxer then Margarito, much better skills, again this is from seeing them against their normal bums.

As for Clintron, Julio will KO Clintron with the first clean punch he lands, Clinton can't take a good punch, a guy like Estarda hurt Clintron, a guy like Julio will knock him out easily.

Margarito should beat someone outside of Clintron before asking for big fights. We have many great fights for Margarito, guys like Williams, Quintana, Julio and Collazo.

Bull****. You rip on the Cintron win even though Cintron has done more at 147 than Julio? Julio just suffered a thorough beating and boxing lesson. Julio is not ready for a Margarito in any way shape or form. Quintana might be, but not Julio. There's no one at 147 who would outbrawl Margarito, and that's exactly what Julio would try to do.

Julio has poor conditioning

Julio lost because of poor conditioning. How dou weigh in at 159lbs for a 147lb fight. Julio's body looked soft, like most latin american fighters. The body punches and chasing quintana around looking for one punch did him in. He has poor ring intelligence and was outthought by Quintana who would get starched by paul williams

Julio got schooled. So did Hatton... They both got schooled. Julio was wasy overated. As for Hatton i like him. But he did lose that fight.. 115-113 Collazo.
