Those fights with Alexander and Judah should have gone his way, but ultimately he’s gonna be remembered as someone who always falls short on the biggest stage.

Matthysse has given us entertaining fights over the years, but his career could have definitely gone better if he would’ve won. Knocking out trash cans is not enough to make it to The HOF imo

Don't know how he's investing his money but years later it seems like he is doing pretty well for himself! Which is great to see.

He was guaranteed more since pac doesn’t take too much while floyd gets 90% lol

First fight for bradley was like 5-6million compared to while maidana got 2million
And it only went up as the saga continued

Good fighter and more often than not very entertaining. Had the pleasure of seeing him fight live a few times and met him too. Entertaining fighter and a classy person.

Looked like a heavybag against pac and was down on the cards against that thai he faced at the beginning of the year

Hate to see a good figher leave, but maybe it's for the best. He made some good money and was involved in some good scraps. Be well, champ!
