Here we go again, IBF ordering another fight to be made within a short time frame which will result in a paper champion.

Mikey is a G for wanting to go up and face Spence. Spence looks like he could go up to 154 and compete. I know Mikey thinks he’s really good, and he is very good imo, but there are limits in boxing no matter your greatness. That is size. Maybe he can give a good account of himself, but it would be science fiction if Mikey goes up 2 weight classes and beats Spence. He needs to progress his career normally, fight guys of lower rank in a new weight class and work his way up.

That Brook fighting GGG and Khan fighting Canelo BS is fun to watch when they happen, they’re such circus acts but honestly you gotta catch the guy at the right time like Pac-DLH, can’t just fight bigger dudes 2 weight classes above you in their prime and while they’re the best there. It’s tough, you look like a badass, but there are weight classes for a reason, that is to protect fighters, it’s a safety issue, it’s to prevent abuse of bigger fighters to smaller fighters.

I would rather Mikey satisfy this mando and then fight Loma (once he beats the Pedrazza/Beltran winner) for the undisputed LW title than chase a Spence fight.
