I want to believe this so bad, but if we've learned anything in boxing the past few years, it's that fighters want the fights, but the suits step in and try to protect their cash cows. Hopefully this goes through.

The talks of how quickly negotiations are advancing is probably why AJ made the comments yesterday that Wilder needs to sign and fight him, which Wilder would be crazy to sign right now, because if he can beat Fury, wow does that change the purse split for the AJ fight. Hearn knows this, and more than likely isn't liking this mega fight with Wilder and Fury coming to apparent fruition.

AJ fought a 41 y/o Klitschko off a 2 year layoff/no tune-up fight, and nearly lost. Wilder would be fighting an undefeated 29 year old lineal champ in Fury who's been out for 2 years, but will have had 2 tune-ups, and again--he's only 29. So unfortunately for AJ, this looks much better for Wilder and his team right now in future negotiations (again, should he win).

I agree but matchroom guys will say it does squat cause AJ = Another Joke isn't in it lol.

I just don't think Fury was ever the same after that coke binge plus Bruh gets torched by any top heavyweight. Stop the hype guys.

I’ll be honest, I was hard on furry for his lvl of competition, but if he goes on to fight wilder and win he’s the king, even if he loses a close fight his still a major player.. I just wish he fight stiffer competition in preparation for wilder, even next opponent should be tougher.. the only thing I can think is, because if all his money, he’s bringing in top sparring.. other than that, wilder is going to be a very rough fight.. I don’t see anyone other then wilder beating fury, usyk would give him or anyone for that matter problems

Fury can look good against the big heavies like Klitchko but Im not so sure about big ATHLETIC heavies like Deyontay. Wilder will eventually get to Fury as Fury doesnt crack like an Ortiz does to be able to get Wilders respect. Wilder is fast and limber for a heavy whereas Klit is like a robot in the ring. I dont see Fury duplicating the Klitchko boxing clinic on Wilder. Will be a good fight but expecting a Wilder KO
