Yeah, why would he? Ortiz has fought one real notable opponent and got stopped.

Also, Ortiz had a chance to get on AJ's radar and in line for a potential fight when he was fighting on Hearn's shows and ended up struggling with Malik Scott and stinking the place out.

Ortiz beat one half decent opponent 3 years ago.

I actually like Ortiz but let's just be honest and realistic. If he wants to get a shot at another champ, he should get back in a mandatory position and not fail a 4th drugs test before he gets his shot.

There are several you tube vids and articles on Ortiz threatens legal action , you yourself couldn't find a certain thing bc YOU said it was buried ,but IM supposed to go out of my way and find a specific thing which i DID so now your actually deflecting ?

Its not even about Hearn GUARANTEEING Joshua next ,he WAS next but Ortiz decided to fight Wilder . The rules and situation was clearly there in Hearns comments . We know its the truth otherwise the WBA would have demanded step aside money OR forced a fight with Ortiz in a legal battle and /or strip Joshua they did neither of those things bc they COULDNT ! !
