Imagine, if Floyd won't have his PEDs. It's not rocket Science bud. He won't survive 12 rounds with Pac, and that is why he can't muster the courage for a rematch. He's better of staying *****. Smart move.

Not only that so many saw Pac winning and even Shane Mosely saw it as a draw. Meaning, if it was a draw.. It's a no brainer a rematch is in order.. but the funny thing is Floyd would rather quack.. Truth is out.

Floyd only fights in Vegas where he can control the system.

Why does FLoyd avoid drug testing?

Floyd doesn't need to. In Vegas, as long it's USADA drug agency. He can pay them 4x the standard rate as what he did during the Pac May fight which was 100k plus, and that's all it takes for them to look the other way. So no need to fight in Malaysia. Floyd is safe in Vegas. He can take all the peds he wants.

Now will Manny fight Floyd anywhere in the world with VADA testing?

Yes, but Floyd won't want that. Floyd needs USADA fraud testing to make this fight happen. So that is why there is no rematch. Floyd won't agree to VADA testing. The legit drug testing agency, thus, your idea of making a fight in Malaysia will not fly bruh.
