HBO will be on more homes than SHO and DAZN. Correct. But the fight will be on PPV so why does it matter it is on HBO or SHO? SHO has put together Mayweayher vs McGregor and Mayweather vs Canelo which were two of the four biggest PPVs ever. And put together the Pacman fight with HBO. So they have been involved in three of four biggest PPVs ever. Fair to say it doesn't matter which network puts it on PPV as it doesn't affect the sales.

Also the real reason which is HBO does not have money to bid seriously for a fight like Joshua-Wilder their boxing budget is probably less than 0.5% of their overall revenues and has been slashed year-by-year. HBO would also want the fight in the US at US PPV-Friendly time.

Wilder doesn't need to beat anyone to get the fight in April. The fight is already there. Plus, how is it all going to come together if Wilder is asking for half the money? We need to get past that first.

The fight isn't there though mate. Hearn doesn't want the fight and will make Whyte v AJ in April. Hearns been hinting about that for ages just like he hinted at Povetkin in September and said for a long time that Wilder is the ultimate roll of the dice and that they want to wait.

Hearn's offer will be the same lowball offer as before, knowing that Wilder won't accept this one (and shouldn't have accepted the flat fee offer before). He'll try to negotiate a % but Hearn will then use that to say Wilder is ducking and will then make the Dillian Whyte fight instead.

I think, realistically, the only way he can get AJ next is if he knocks out Whyte in the meantime.

Chisora is well past his best so yeah, that wouldn't be a good fight. But him fighting Miller would be good.
