Spot on...If Mikey beats an A- / B+ guy at the full WW limit, the fight has a chance of selling. Without a true statement at welterweight, this will be seen as a mere showcase fight for ESJr.

      Thank you very much.
Jacobs has an HBO exclusive deal.

I'm telling you this is Spence toughest opponent to date.I'm not blaming Spence for that no one wants to fight him except Mikey. I think mikey beats all of Spence past opponents, Do you?

Ridiculous fight and not PPV worth especially for the outrageous pricing in the US.

Everyone knows neither of these guys are PPV without a big name being the A side.

I was thinking it would be Gary Russell versus Leo Santa Cruz on the undercard.

Then put somebody like Charlo to open it up against somebody like Brian Castano.

I think it would sell really well.

The under cards would cost about $4 million and the main event about $6 million (plus any upside).

              The math works that way.

I say use IBF rules with a late same day weight. Mikey has a top notch corner. If they see him taking too much damage they can stop the fight and Mikey can move back to 135. Heck Bob might even then offer Loma if he thinks Mikey is damaged....
This is a potential career ending fight. Mikey doesn't have any quit in him and he normally takes a punch or 2 to get his punches off. Spence would end him. I don't think Garcia hits harder than Kell Brook at 147. This whole thing is silly . It's as silly as Prograis fighting Jermell Charlo. I seriously doubt Garcia has the power to keep Spence off of him at 147 and I doubt he is willing to get his ass beat into the mat for less than $20 million. I like Garcia. He's one of my favorites but he's full of **** . This fight isnt happening. It just gives him another year to sit back and do nothing and make youtube vids with Ellie. He's just talking to keep his name out there.

I seriously doubt a guy that went toe to toe with GGG would be getting pummeled around the ring by Garcia. Kell Brook would be about 167 lbs on fight night against Garcia and he's bully him. The same with Lamont Peterson. We have weight classes for a reason. Garcia would be more successful with Peterson, but it would be a hard fight. And the same ways I'm saying this about Garcia, I don't think Spence would beat Danny Jacobs . Do you believe Spence beats Jacobs or Saunders?

No please don't. If anything, make it free on CBS. Then if that gets huge ratings, the winner gets a ppv.

That's what I'm thinking as well. Mikey will open up as a huge underdog, and the casual fans who don't watch the sport will see that and say 'no thanks'.

Plus Mikey isn't that big of a name and neither is Errol Spence.
