Yes, Ian John Lewis shouldn't be a ref at any level - agreed. But don't airbrush the likes of Laurence Cole and Russell Mora out of the history of horrible officiating either. Bad refs are bad refs, be that in the UK, US, Germany, Argentina etc, and a poor performance should be subject to scrutiny.

I'm not airbrushing anything. But the UK is known for this all the time. Sure US isn't perfect, but its not the common denominator. I mean look at McClellan, the guy is a vegetable and there is no reform in the UK at all.
