You can't duck a mandatory you fool. Joshua had to fight the IBF number 1 first otherwise he would have been stripped. Ortiz would have been next but he instead went in Wilder's direction.

Don't get is twisted. Joshua would knock that fool out in 3-4 rounds. Ortiz is a nobody who hasn't done a thing.
