It's strange, he's not even ranked on Boxrec and I can't find him in the top 40 of the WBC either?

How is this sanctioned? A guy that just fought for a world title facing an unranked guy who has fought once against Parker in the last 19 months.

What belt has been sanctioned like an inter continental or other ? I don’t read too much into who nine title holders are facing its a stay busy for Ortiz and we can gauge off of Razvan vs Parker.

Ortiz is #4 in the WBC, should be fighting someone in the top 20 at least.

I'm just wondering what Ortiz or any one is gaining from this fight? Ortiz should be fighting other contenders in the WBC rankings, not this bum.
