Boxers are supposed to fight the best opponents out there

All boxers want the best if they are to be a champion. Why avoid tough fights if you want to be remembered as a great fighter? Make the best fight the best but boxing has no ruling body or rules to follow. Boxing is a misguided sport without leadership. Somalia is better run than boxing is.
