    NO Easter Jr is not!

Staple Center. Los Angeles, Mikey Garcia at 38(30)-0 vs. Robert Easter Jr at 21(14)-0 for the WBC vs IBF lightweight belts unification. How do you overcome a 20cm reach advantage? Mikey Garcia will answer that question this Saturday. He will show us that good footwork, and moving at angles will get you inside every time. Easter Jr is a tough kid from Toledo and a good boxer, but he's no match for Mikey Garcia, who moves like a Matador and punches with amazing precision from either stance. Garcia will be the boss and will control this bout. Easter Jr will pay for every mistake he makes, and if he is open, Mikey will take him out! Jab Hook predicts Mikey Garcia will beat Robert Easter Jr by unanimous decision.

This is another prep fight for Spence......

Sergey Lipinets and Easter litmus test for Garcia to prepare for Errol. If Garcia wins this fight it would be wiser to fight winner of Porter/Garcia first then fight Spence or wait till early 2019 to fight Spence so that his body can fill out more naturally and have a better chance. Lipinets pressure is similar to Spence and Easter length similar to Spence in case anyone wondering what I mean. We'll see how things fair this Saturday first.

Easter is a good young fighter, but he doesn't take advantage of his length at all, and he has lots of defensive holes. Comey & Fortuna hit him ALOT. Mikey is too sharp, I see a KTFO here.

Easter is live underdog, in my opinion an upset is possible. Mikey coming down in weight (even though he's naturally a LW) with Easter being motivated more than ever and factor in the length and reach advantage plus Cunningham, oh man. Let's see if Easter has the skills to use his advantages. Oh, and the heart too.

I hope his new trainer brings the best out of Easter. I'm shocked Robert Garcia didn't watch his last two fights.

I expect something like a 116-112 decision by Mikey but hope an upset happens so Mikey will shut up about beating Spence. He should fight Loma if he wins.

... why on earth a guy who's 5' 11"/180cm in height and who holds a reach of 76"/193cm has to fight at 135???... it's obvious that such a fighter needs a professional crew and six months in the gym in order to perform at 147-154...
