Comments Thread For: Dillian Whyte: If Parker Comes To Fight - He Gets Knocked Out!

DILLIAN WHYTE and Joseph Parker exchanged their last words before they exchange punches in London on Saturday. New Zealander Parker landed in the UK around a week ago following a brief camp in Las Vegas. Trainer Kevin Barry said their time together had been reduced by almost a week with Parker having to fly for 24 hours to the UK for the opening press conference and a further 10 hours onto Las Vegas.

Parker’s got the chin to go to war and he used to be decent on the inside

Hopefully he brings it and we see a belter

If it ends in KO it will be fantastic but I see it end on points

I just placed some money on both a draw and Whyte between the 7th and the 12th.

Just a try; somehow I have a sense that this could be the night when Whyte really delivers. One never knows.

It's absurd to think dillian whyte is being paid 3.5 million £ (over 5 mill$) for this fight, lets be honest here, he is a fringe top 10 HW (speaks more about how weak the division is) he lost to chisora ( a shot chisora) and got a gift, he KO'd a fat mess of a man in lucas browne, stunk the place out agaisnt late notice helenius and now talks like hes had it the hard way and acts like hes faced the who's who of the division.

Will be satisfying to see him lose here, i just hope there isnt a robbery ( there probobly will be) Hearn is desperate to make Beetlejuice V AJ 2

This guy beat Chisora by a SPLIT decision, and now he thinks he is something special.

so the only reason this fight is PPV is because it's an even matchup? What does that even mean? Hearn and Sky only put on even matchups on PPV? I guess Showtime needs to start putting on some of their even fights on PPV. Let me see, Linares/Loma, Thurman/Porter, Jack/Stevenson, Thurman/Garcia, Lara/Hurd, Wilder/Ortiz just name of few would be Sky PPV by UK standards?

Why is it absurd that a guy can make 3.5 million? I'd say it's far, far more absurd that a U.S. heavyweight with a belt, a spectacular KO streak and a famed team can barely make half of that.
Bitterness not withstanding, I don't get why one is absurd but not the other. It just seems a bit mixed up to think that.

Or- he's just making the most of his opportunities while they are there, not sitting back whining about how unfair anything is. His time to make money is not and he's grasping it.
