but when the whole positive test was going around, the garcia's wasnt accusing canelo of cheating though. so why would they start accusing canelo now when everything has started to settle down already?

The video is in response to Canelo saying that his team has no responsibility for his failed test, it's all on him for eating the tainted meat. Garcia's saying his trainers should have done a better job keeping Canelo away from the crap food in Mexico, it's more of a shot at Chepo and Eddy Reynoso than saying Saul cheated.
