Joshua didn't force the situation because he wanted to be smart, not because he would be hurt. Joshua is a boxer that's learning all the time, not some brawler. He kept his shape like he should have done. Parker running is down to Parker being a punk, not because Joshua did something wrong. For a good fight to happen, it takes two to tango. One was willing, the other clearly wasn't.
Against Whyte, Joshua let too many emotions get in the way. He's learned a lot since then. You don't just go out there and let it fly, you have to keep shape and be smart about it. As I say, he's a boxer not a brawler. If you don't learn from your mistakes, you're going to get found out. Boxing history tells us this.
