There’s so many filters and editing on photos that it’s hard to get a real accurate level of condition, bodyfat wise. Bodybuilders look great leading up to shows with the perfect lighting and filters then look soft on stage. Clen definitly helps u lean out quicker and at best preserves muscle a bit but it’s not anabolic. Also cramps u up. I wouldn’t want to train for a fight on it. Maybe pre camp to drop sum weight. I’ve taken plenty of Clen and I believe he was on it or he wouldn’t have released that pic of himself doing the most muscular pose all shredded. Couldn’t help showing off.
First off, nice name / album.
Secondly, not a Canelo fan, he cheated.
Coming out of one of those ice chamber things makes you appear smaller as the blood and veins constrict to try and keep internal temperature up, opposed to pictures of someone after exercise when blood has accumulated to your muscles and veins are popping out making you look much bigger?

Every fighter should have to step on the scale on fight night. We love speculating about weight cause it’s a tangible number. Could even get their bodyfat measured. Punch force calculated. Test ratio. Canelo complained about weight but now he won’t get on a scale cause he’s heavier than GGG in ring. U should be allowed to take anything, just make weight.
Well it's the same concept, yes. All about keeping internal temperature at a certain level - too hot then your body tries to lose heat so as not to make internal temperature too hot - your veins stick out etc. and when cold it redirects the majority of bloodflow to the core to keep the organs operating.
