I've never seen an offer of $15 million, which is 5x Wilder's average purse, to be a roadblock.

For a fight this big, flat fee = roadblock.

We don't know what Wilder actually gets paid because filed purses are bogus. But let's say filed purses are real. That means GGG only made 1 million for his last fight. Imagine if DLH insisted on a 5 million flat fee for the Canelo rematch. Of course that would be a roadblock. GGG is going from 1 million to 45% for the Canelo rematch, where he could make 20-30 million.
