Stepped up vs Barrera and won, Stepped up vs Maidana and won, Stepped up vs Judah and won, Stepped up vs Peterson and got robbed.

Garcia was not a step up, khan was a huge favourite nobody knew about garcia. Same with Peterson he was meant to be just a bum that Khan was meant to take care of. The only step up that he got ko'd by was Clenelo, 20lbs heavier and on roids.
