The build up to big fights

What’s everyone’s thoughts on the build up to big fights and what is effective?

Sky sports/matchroom/Eddie Hearn have introduced the public workouts (which they usually place in a shopping centre to pull in casuals over a 2-3 hour period) and gloves are off. I know there have been other versions tried elsewhere but I really think both of these work really well!

Should America learn from these and build on these? What’s your thoughts?

I’m also intrigued to see what DAZN choose to do, given they are matchroom will they decide to the same thing for the big fights?

I like the public workout, it's good to see the fighters up close, I watched Charlie Edwards last time and he looked awesome and come fight time he done the business

Build up is great once a fight is signed! It's fun watching workouts and press conferences once two huge names are scheduled to fight!

This Wilder vs Joshua "buildup" is straight trash though.

They hype, pageantry and build-up it what makes boxing great. The more the better imo
