Man, is he delusional. That Lomo fight was Rigo’s swan song. His career is effectively over. Sure, he can fight a couple more bouts. So what? They’ll be meaningless matches. Everyone knows he quit; he’s old; and not enough people would pay to watch him fight. It’s a sad and disastrous end to what could’ve been a great career.

Rigo took a bad L with Loma.

But honestly Rigo still probably beats the brakes off everyone down at Bantamweight, but he's never going to get a fight with anybody worthwhile. As he ages they'll start trying to match him with rising featherweight stars until he can't hang in anymore.

But 130 was too far and Loma was way too much. He'll probably have to take more fights at 130 now since he's shown that vulnerability. Rigo is still a great boxer but the road ahead doesn't look pretty for him.
