Innocent until proven guilty is supposed to be a requirement of the legal system, however there is no such requirement for public opinion.

Waiting until more facts are available is a wise approach however, as the public, we may never be privy to all the facts in the matter. Most likely, we will all be forming opinions with an imperfect picture.

I have no clue whether or not he is guilty of the allegations. I can say that he and his brother have shown some poor judgement in the past as well as some irrational emotional outbursts.

I look at a guy like Hurd and I'd be very surprised if an allegation like this came out about him. I'd also give him a great deal of benefit of the doubt about if it ever did happen. He has comported himself as a professional and gentleman thru his career. With a guy like Charlo, I'm less inclined to give him the same benefit of the doubt because of how he portrays himself. That's just my opinion and how I view things. Seeing as how none of us are the legal system involved, we can only judge him based upon our opinions and view of the information presented thus far.

My sentiments exactly. You never know, nowadays. These women are out for blood....mainly when you have money.

I'm not sure what happened in this situation, but we see it a lot....the court of public opinion is the worst.

Hopefully this gets ironed out. When you hear "domestic violence", the man is automatically labeled as guilty. Sad.

If anything, i hope this helps the Charlo brothers to scale back a bit and not come off so "aggressively" in the eyes of the public.

The way they've been carrying on over the past couple of years, i can see why most take this allegation as facts.
