Honestly sounds like an angry ex trying to get even with false accusations. That or she is money hungry.

Could be real, but normally if someone is guilty of felonious assault that person is arrested immediately, not indicted a month later. Also, it is interesting she waited for three weeks to file for a restraining order. She alleges he tried to choke her out. But didn't file a restraining order for weeks. Sounds like she talked to a lawyer and the lawyer recommended the restraining order.

Again, maybe he is guilty, but based on the facts stated in this piece, there is plenty of reason to doubt the girl's story. If he choked her at the gym, there would most likely be witnesses. She would most likely go straight to the police. The police would go to the gym and if any other person backed her story, he would be arrested, right then and there. A restraining order would be issued within 24 hours. Just sounds fishy to me.

I have no reason to give anyone the benefit of the doubt. But it is highly unusual for someone to beat a female in front of numerous witnesses and not be arrested immediately. It is highly unusual for a female to get choked out and wait for weeks to file a restraining order. And there are myriad people who enjoy ******* that never beat any female.

If you had any idea about the type of woman this guy is dealing with you'd understand that there's a strong chance that the story is grossly exaggerated. There's a whole crop of sack chasing women (mostly from poor backgrounds) who pull this **** constantly.
