Loma's style is more similar to PAC but they always try to compare him to Floyd, Why?

Probably because Loma has wicked footwork and looks pretty untouchable most of the time. Pac, at his apex, was an offensive dynamo who fired wicked power shots from all angles but wasn't really all that slick or evasive. My two cents.

His style is like neither. Pac has heavy hands but basic punches with little variety while Loma uses volume (not power) and great punch variety.
None of the 3 have similar movement.

Loma is only similar to Pac that they have great foot work and throws the double jab straight left with consistency, other than that, nothing else, same to Floyd with having great defense, but other than the defense, nothing else.
