Is Dave Allen a future world champion??

I've never seen him fight, but I keep hearing about him and now he's been added to the card on the weekend on Whyte vs Parker, and all I keep seeing is that people are not going to buy the PPV just to see him fight!!

    Is he really that good?

Are they building up to a Dave Allen vs Joshua showdown in the future?

Thinking bout buying the PPV now just to see this guy fight.

Absolutely. Best young HW in boxing. Biggest punch and biggest ****. Knocks out Whyte, Fury and Joshua in the same night.

Thanks guys. I'll be buying it now just to watch this kid fight, need to see this hearing so many good things about him.

Didn't even know they called him Doncaster de la Hoya, he must be special then.

No he's just a very endearing journeyman. People give him heightened praise because they feel sorry for him. He knows he isn't that good, so he doesn't train properly and treats it all like one big joke.

He's got a great personality, has a really good fan base because of that. Such a likeable character. Limited talent wise, British championship level at most. Which is a greater achievement than 90% of boxers will achieve anyway.

Hell no, he is not a future champion. Boxrec ranks him as the 162nd best heavyweight in the world. Bocrec gives him one and a half stars out of a possible five stars. He has a pro record of 13 wins, 2 draws and 4 losses and he has already been KOed twice. He is a perfect future cherry pick opponent for Tyson Fury.

Eddie Hearn is a genius. Do you think if guys like Sam Eggington and Dave Allen were signed with someone else we'd be talking about them?
