He's a very young exciting fighter who just took a step up in a competition. Too early to hate.

Also, there is a distinct difference between him and Hurd in my eyes. Hurd is in the prime of his career weight bullying smaller people. Munguia really just hasn't grown into his body. Dude's baby. Give him a year or two for him to fill out and he'll be at 160 in no time.
