Lochte posted this pic on IG in May. this got him under investigation. it's now deleted.
The IV on contained vitamins (legal) but exceeded 100 milliliters (illegal).
"Lochte received an intravenous infusion of permitted substances at an infusion clinic," the USADA announcement of the suspension said. Under most circumstances, athletes cannot receive IVs unless related to a hospitalization or when allowed under the terms of a USADA-approved exemption.
Mayweather applied for a TUE on May 19th for a fight that took place May 2nd. It was approved May 20th, the following day. That smells rotten. And his IV exceeded 700 milliliters.
Then you go on USADA's website and read a TUE must be applied for "in advance."
https://www.usada.org/iv-infusions-explanatory-note/
Floyd was in violation of everything they claim to be against and got off. his IV was a home visit non-emergency situation with a liquid amount twice as much as Ryan's and he failed to apply for an exemption in advance.

You are wrong. You clearly do not know what you are talking about. If you want to know all of the lies Hauser made up in that one article, here is the 25 pages it took to detail all the falsehoods.

I know, it sounds bad when you say USADA showed up unannounced and got Floyd with an IV in him. When you tell the truth, that Floyd called USADA, they came and diagnosed him as being dehydrated, checked everything being set up in the iv, and stayed there the entire time to make sure nothing illegal was done, well why would HBO pay someone to say that?
Again, Hauser has never denied this. Not once.
USADA also stated on numerous occasions, that this happened the night before the fight. That they went there, when Floyd called them. And they diagnosed him as being dehydrated, and gave him the theruaputic use waiver, then and there. A day before the fight.
Again, since USADA has said this, Hauser has never once denied it.
This claim is beyond ******ed. So, USADA went to Floyd's house unannounced, caught him doing something illegal, and then never told anyone, except an HBO employee??? If they weren't going to do anything against Floyd, why would they even go there??? So USADA went to Floyd's house to see if he was doing something illegal, even though they were going to lie to protect him???? And why has Hauser never denied this?
Any credible journalist accused of making bold-faced lies, would push back if the journalist wasn't making up fictional stories.
This whole Mayweather-USADA conspiracy theory makes absolutely no sense on numerous levels.
But go on, defending this story, when the author of the story refuses to defend it.

Why would USADA risk their entire business on one person. USADA gets millions and millions of dollars from the U.S. government. If they got caught cheating or lying for any athlete, they would be out of business. Literally.
They busted American hero Lance Armstrong, and now the American with more gold medals at the Olympics than anyone else, ever, but they lied and covered up for someone who 99% of people despise?
Come on, be truthful, not some ****** fanboy.

Mayweather acknowledges having received an IV infusion of 750 milliliters.
And USADA acknowledges Floyd calling them, waiting on USADA to show up, that Floyd was in fact dehydrated, and they acknowledge they stayed their and checked to make sure every thing was done properly and legally.
Here's the short version.

For all the lies in Hauser's article:

So, yes, Floyd and USADA both acknowledge that Floyd called USADA, that USADA came diagnosed him as dehydrated, got the the****utic use exemption, and everything was done according to the book.

"Lochte received an intravenous infusion of permitted substances at an infusion clinic," the USADA announcement of the suspension said. The difference is this, oh pitiful graspers of EVERY SINGLE FLOYD STRAW LEFT ON EARTH...Mayweather had a USADA DCO right in the room who had observed him FOR HOURS PRIOR and could see exactly how the situation developed. The DCO being right on the scene was exactly why Floyd DID fall under "one of those categories".
Lochte went to some IV boutique.
Hope that helps...but, I know it won't.
LMAO!!!!!!
